Heat soak furnace is the auxiliary equipment of tempering furnace, After tempered processing, put the glass into this furnace, the inner stress of glass can be evenly distributed, to reduce the self - explosion rate and avoid the risk of self-explosion of tempered glass in the future.

Main technical features:

Technical details of JZ3385 Heak Soak Furnace

1. Constitution of Equipment:
The heat soak furnace is composed of the furnace, blower system, heating system and control system. It is made of all-steel outside the furnace. Inside the furnace there are excellent insulation materials with galvanized steel surface. The door of the furnace is manual, and inside it there is small cart which you can pull it out to load the glass and then push them in. There is air circulation channel in the bottom and the top inside the furnace, which can clean the broken glass in the bottom and overhaul electric heating elements (which is made of stainless steel) installed in the side of the air circulation channel. Blower system includes blower motor, blower, air-suction pipeline, air-blower pipeline. The inlet of the blower is connected with the air circulation channel through air-suction pipeline. There are six air-distribution pipelines on the top of the furnace. Control system includes blower control section and temperature control section. The control of the temperature is automatic and the control cabinet is installed in the side face of the furnace.
2. The purpose of homogeneity
The purpose of heat soak of tempered glass is that breaking the glass in advance to avoid that the customers get the self-explosion glass.
The leading factors of self-explosion is that the glass was mixed with nickel sulfide, though the content is very small but it does great affect to the stability of glass. There are two crystallizations in the nickel sulfide, when it is in high temperature (T>380°C), it is α, when it is in low temperature, it is β. Because of the quick quenching when the tempering, the α can not be changed into β, so during the changing, the α can change to β slowly. The volume can expand 4%, then the tempered glass will self-explosion.
Because of the changing speed of nickel sulfide is different from the temperature, the uniformity of the inside furnace is very important. When the temperature is 280°C, the time of changing is two hours, but when the temperature is 250°C, it needs 100 hours. So the temperature of the inside furnace is very important. The HG-JZ series heat soak furnace adopt the recycle-designing, there are perfect designing of air passage, which can be recycle inside the furnace.  The recycle passage has been optimized through the hydromechanics in order to ensure that when there are full of glass inside the furnace, the glass can be heated uniform homogeneously.
