HG-TAQ series forced convection tempering furnace is a new generation of tempering furnace for producing tempered glass. Compared with domestic and foreign products, this equipment has the advantages of reasonable process technology, powerful system control software, high reliability, excellent thermal insulation performance, low production energy consumption, computer automatic control, high production efficiency, etc. It is especially suitable for deep processing of high-end glass products such as Low-E glass and coated glass.

Main technical features:

1. The specially designed convection fan has more stable and reliable high-temperature performance and excellent convection effect;

2. The most advanced convection circulation structure is designed to ensure faster and more uniform heating of the glass;

3. The design and layout of the heating element are unique and reasonable. With the most advanced remote temperature control module, the temperature control is extremely accurate and the adjustment is simple, which effectively ensures the high uniformity of the temperature in the furnace;

4. The convection fan is controlled by the inverter and the computer is given, so that the upper and lower surfaces of the glass are heated uniformly, which greatly improves the product quality;

5. High-quality insulation materials are used inside the furnace to effectively control the generation of various particles and the impact on the quality of the glass;
