NOTE: 1. The min defect size of this system is 0.1mm. 2. Position deviation: movement direction ±2mm. 3. When the glass transmittance is <35%, the detection rate will decrease, but the detection rate > 90%. 4. This parameter is sampled according to the glass thickness of 6mm. If the glass thickness is increased, the detection rate will be reduced, but it is still > 90%. 5. The glass needs to be scanned at a constant speed and smooth transmission, and the defect detection index will be reduced. 6. After scanning the glass, the final result will be detected within 2seconds (larger glass going to be slower); 7. The glass interval must be greater than 200mm. 8. It is necessary to ensure that there is no foreign body on site to avoid the failure to guarantee defect detection and missed detection.
