1. Technical features of laminated glass production line
The machine include: pre-press section, heating section, roller press section, the unloading and electric control cabinet. It used for processing glass with PVB film pressure after combined. Frame adopts standard steel, the surface spray paint. The main transmission is the chain transmission, Inverter control transmission speed, Roller spacing automatic adjustment, digital display. Automatic constant temperature control, the heating element is quartz infrared heating tube.
The Pre-heating & pre-press machine use medium wave infrared heating pipe with radiant heating, heating fast, uniform heating, the glass surface of the advantages of low temperature. Internal mirror box made of stainless steel heating radiators, improve the efficiency of radiant heating.
We install forced convection heating devices on the upper cabinet, to improve energy efficiency, the glass is heated evenly, improve production efficiency. (Optional)
