  1. Overview
According to the product characteristics provided by the customer, this machine is a specially designed continuous rotary table automatic sandblasting machine to eliminate dirt (scale, oil, coating, etc.), scratches and other sundries on round or cylindrical products, and obtain uniform sandblasting surface; during spraying, electroplating, oxidation, printing, fuel injection and other processes, the pretreatment of surface cleaning is carried out to increase surface adhesion, high efficiency, neat and beautiful.
Different sand patterns can be obtained by choosing different sand materials, and the surface adhesion is enhanced during oil spraying, and it is not easy to wear and scratch.
During the sandblasting process, the product is directly placed on the tooling fixture of the small turntable, and is transferred from the feed port to the sandblasting room at a uniform speed. The spray gun is driven by the motor to reciprocate and swing sandblasting with the mechanism to ensure that the surface of the workpiece to be processed is uniform and the processing is completed. , the workpiece is output from the outlet.

3. Design principle of rotary table type automatic sandblasting machine
This machine adopts suction type sandblasting, that is to use compressed air to flow in the spray gun at high speed to form negative pressure to generate ejection effect, and the sand in the sand storage box is sucked into the spray gun through the rubber hose, and then injected into the spray gun at high speed with the compressed air flow from the nozzle. The working surface can achieve the purpose of sandblasting. The compressed air and sand material in the spray gun are sprayed while mixing, so that the compressed air can be fully utilized, the air flow and the sand material flow can be adjusted easily, the ideal mixing ratio can be obtained, the energy and sand material consumption is less, and the grinding and sweeping efficiency is high.

Separator system:

7. Machine operation process
